Reflexology is amazing, and so is AI, but please don’t rely on AI to show you what reflexology to do on your little one. I have seen some very ‘interesting’ AI interpretations of the reflexology points on the foot and a lot of the points have been completely wrong.

I saw one AI ‘footmap’ where the spine was on the completely wrong side of the foot, and most other organs were all over the place.

There is a time and place for AI, I use it myself, and it can be helpful. But I would really urge anyone to not use AI when it comes to anything health or wellbeing wise.

If you’re looking for some guidance about how you can use reflexology to help your baby to sleep better, or to relax your toddler, or help your preschooler feel less anxious about starting school, then you don’t need to look any further – I can help you (and I can guarantee you that you are receiving 100% accurate reflexology advice).

What should you use to get reflexology advice or trust AI?

Please always make sure the person giving you advice, is a registered reflexologist (like me). I offer video guides to ‘hold your hand’ through the whole routine. This takes all of the guesswork out of it for you.

The routines can support you with improving sleep and so much more (including tummy troubles, teething & reflux).

But it’s not just the routine’s I can help with – I talk about what you may feel, what pressure to use and the best way to work that particular point.

If you wanted to check out my video guides (which are £10 or less), or my FREE guides please do check out my homepage.

How to know you’re getting the ‘real deal’ with reflexology

To become a reflexologist, I needed to complete a year-long course, and have 100 hours of ‘hands on’ experience before passing. Every foot is slightly different, and it’s important to have someone ‘in the know’ in your corner so you can ask any questions you need (and get the correct answers).

AI is amazing, but just doesn’t get it right when it comes to reflexology.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I use AI to show me what reflexology points to use?

Please don’t! Every single AI generated footmap I have seen have been incorrect. That includes this example which doesn’t actually name any of the points (and the points locations have been made up).

How do I know where to find reflexology routines to use on my baby or child?

You can find free guides, including a relaxation routine, a guide on what pressure to use on my website. You can also find video guides that talk you through the whole routines, to take all of the guesswork out of it, and so you don’t need to ask AI (who then gives you inaccurate information).

Can Reflexology help my baby to sleep better?

Amazingly, yes! There is lots of research that shows reflexology can help us all to sleep better. You can use it right from newborns through to adulthood. I have a video guide that will show you what routine I used on my own little girl (and still do use).

Is Reflexology just for babies?

Nope! Reflexology is safe for all ages. You can use it on newborns, babies, toddlers, preschoolers, children, teenagers and adults. Although my guides are shown on little feet – you can use the same routines for everyone. (Although I would recommend longer sessions as they get older).

Is The Reflexology Mummy a real person, or just using AI?

I promise I am a real Mummy, and real reflexologist. I’ve been qualified for 5+ years and have worked on hundreds and hundreds of different feet – for all ages. I am showing you routines that work, and are based on my real life experience – no AI slop here. Lizzie The Reflexology Mummy
